Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Goodsbridge — the dashboard at this site and the bot it runs in your community. Using either means you accept them.

Last updated 25 September 2026

1.What the service is

Goodsbridge installs a bot into a Telegram or Discord community you control. The bot reads messages in the channels it has been added to, and when it detects that someone is looking to buy something, it may post a product recommendation carrying your affiliate tag.

We are not a party to any purchase a member of your community makes, and we do not take a share of your commission. Your affiliate network — Amazon Associates or another — pays your account directly, on their schedule. The subscription fee is the whole of what we charge.

2.Your account and your workspace

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, and you are responsible for everything done under your account, including by anyone you invite into your workspace as a member or admin. Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us at goodsbridge@oaknetwork.org if you believe they have been compromised.

You must have the authority to add a bot to the community you connect. If you are not the owner or an administrator of that group or server, do not connect it.

3.The free trial

The trial ends at 300 analyzed messages or 14 days, whichever comes first. It takes no card, has no overage, and stops when it is spent rather than billing you. There is nothing to cancel — it simply ends.

4.Plans, metering and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. A cycle is one billing period: it starts the day you subscribe and resets on each renewal, so usage returns to zero every time you are charged.

  • You are billed for messages the assistant thinks about — those sent to a model for a decision. Messages the bot merely reads are free and unlimited, replies it posts are included, and members are never counted.
  • Past your included volume the bot keeps working and extra messages bill at your plan’s overage rate — it is not switched off for being used.
  • Each plan also includes a monthly number of product recommendations — a quality cap, not a billing one. Clarifying questions and replies are free and do not count against it; if you reach it, the bot stops recommending until the cycle renews or you move to a plan with more room.
  • If a payment fails, the bot keeps running for 7 days while Stripe retries. After that it goes quiet until the card is fixed.
  • Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice, taking effect at your next renewal.

Cancellation and refunds are covered separately, on the cancellation and refunds page.

5.Your affiliate accounts are yours

You supply your own affiliate tag and you hold the relationship with the affiliate network. You are responsible for complying with that network’s agreement — for Amazon, the Associates Program Operating Agreement — including its rules on where links may be posted and how they must be disclosed.

The bot appends the affiliate disclosure to every recommendation and that setting cannot be turned off. You remain responsible for any further disclosure your network, your platform or your local law requires.

We make no promise about earnings. Whether your community buys anything, and whether your network credits and pays a given click, is entirely outside our control.

6.Acceptable use

You agree not to use Goodsbridge to:

  • Connect a community you do not administer, or one whose members have not been told a bot is present.
  • Break the terms of Telegram, Discord, or any affiliate network you connect.
  • Post into communities built around illegal goods, or target recommendations at children.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell or rebrand the service, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Interfere with the service or attempt to access another workspace’s data.

7.Availability and suspension

The service is provided as-is. We do not offer an uptime guarantee, and the bot depends on Telegram, Discord, affiliate networks and model providers we do not control.

We may suspend or terminate a workspace that breaches these terms, that is unpaid past the grace period, or whose behavior puts our own accounts with a platform or network at risk. Where the circumstances allow it we will tell you first.

8.Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost commission, lost profit, or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

9.Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; if a change is material we will give notice by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting the new version.
