Cancellation & refunds
Cancel from your billing page whenever you like. This page says exactly what that does to your plan and your next invoice.

1.Canceling a paid plan
Canceling stops the next charge. You keep the plan you have already paid for until the end of the current billing period, and the bot keeps running until then. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
Because the period is already paid for, we do not prorate or refund the unused remainder of it. If you change your mind before the period ends you can un-cancel from the same page and nothing will have been lost.
2.The free trial
The trial takes no card, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. It ends on its own at 300 analyzed messages or 14 days, whichever comes first.
3.When we do refund
Email goodsbridge@oaknetwork.org and we will refund you in these cases:
- You were charged in error — a duplicate invoice, or a charge after a cancellation had already taken effect. Refunded in full.
- A fault on our side stopped the bot working for a meaningful part of a billing period. Refunded pro rata for the time it was down.
- You subscribed by mistake and have not used it — tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it, provided the workspace has used no meaningful volume.
Refunds go back to the card that was charged and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
4.What we do not refund
- Overage already incurred — those messages were analyzed and the model calls were made.
- Time remaining in a period you canceled, as described in section 1.
- Commission you expected but did not earn. Your affiliate network decides what it credits, not us.
- Periods where the bot was quiet because of your own guardrail settings, a daily cap, or an unpaid card past the 7-day grace.
5.Failed payments
If a card fails, the bot keeps running for 7 days while Stripe retries, so an expired card is an email rather than an outage. If it is still unpaid after that the bot goes quiet until the card is fixed, and the workspace and its data stay in place.
Anything unclear or unfair about the above — say so at goodsbridge@oaknetwork.org. We would rather refund someone than argue with them.
