Frequently asked questions
Everything the landing page's short list doesn't cover.
No. Every plan sets the same guardrails — daily cap on unprompted posts, the wait between them, and quiet hours. Beyond those limits it stops on its own. In a typical group it replies to a small fraction of what it reads.
Up to your own daily cap on unprompted posts — 0 to 40 a day, the same range on every plan — and only when it has something worth saying. Replying to a member who asks is never capped by this.
It keeps answering inside that exchange for a follow-up window after it posts, even past the daily limit. Being @mentioned or replied to always gets an answer, on every plan.
No. Amazon pays your Associates account directly — we never see or touch that money. We charge a flat subscription for the bot itself.
Yes — recommendations post under your own Associates tag, so you need an active account to receive the commission. We verify it once at setup with a real test redirect.
Only messages in the groups it has been added to — no DMs, no other servers, no phone numbers. On Bluesky and X it reads only the public thread it was tagged in, with other people’s handles redacted first. Raw message text is never stored; we keep the extracted intent and a short trigger excerpt, and that excerpt is cleared after 30 days.
Yes. It replies in whatever language and script the conversation is already using.
It asks a short clarifying question instead of guessing when there isn’t enough information — a wrong recommendation costs more trust than no recommendation. You can also ban entire categories outright.
One message the bot actually sent to the model to decide whether to reply. Watching your group is free and unmetered — only the messages it evaluates count against your plan.
Extra analyzed messages bill automatically at your plan’s overage rate rather than switching the bot off — the one exception is the free trial, which has no overage and simply stops at its limit. Product recommendations have their own separate monthly cap, and reaching that one does pause recommending until the cycle renews.
The bot keeps running for 7 days while the payment is retried, so a lapsed card is an email, not an outage.
Any time. Canceling stops the next charge — you keep the plan you already paid for until the current cycle ends.
Telegram groups, Discord servers, Bluesky and X. In a group it reads the conversation and volunteers under your guardrails. On Bluesky and X it replies only when your linked account tags it in a thread. Same bot, same product matching, same disclosure everywhere.
Link the account you post from — sign in from the dashboard, or post a one-time verification code to the bot. From then on, when you tag the bot in a thread and ask for a product, it reads that thread, picks one, and replies with a link under your Associates tag plus an “Ad · affiliate link” disclosure. It never posts unless tagged, and anyone can reply “stop” to opt out.
No. Goodsbridge runs one bot account per platform. What makes a reply yours is the link: the bot recognizes your linked account when you tag it, and the link it posts carries your tag.
